Refund Policy

Order Cancellation / Return or Exchange of Products

Order Cancellations:

An Order Cancellation can be requested only if the products are not shipped from the warehouse (after placing the order). Please send us an email on care@exclusivelane.com or call us on our helpline number. We will issue store credits for orders that are successfully canceled.


Return Products:

Request a return request if:

  • The Product you received is damaged.
  • The Product you received is not what you have ordered for.

Please note:

  • email us at care@exclusivelane.com with photographs of the product within 24 hours of receiving
  • After an investigation by our customer care team, a re-dispatch of the faulty products will be initiated.

Exchange Products:

Before you exchange a product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in unique products that are slightly different from each other.

Please note

  • Please raise a product exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the product. You can email us at care@exclusivelane.com for the same.
  • Store credit will be issued if in the event you would like to exchange the product or you would like to return the product at your own will.
  • A minor shipping cost might be deducted from your store credits in such an event
