RETURNS
Our return and replacement policy is as follows:
If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please feel free to contact us. We will do our best to assist you. However, your purchase is eligible for return or replacement if it meets the following conditions:
- If an incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e., the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or the wrong product is delivered.
- If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.
Please note that our products are handcrafted by traditional craftsmen in rural India, resulting in unique products that may have slight differences from each other.
If your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, please email us at care@exclusivelane.com or contact our WhatsApp support team at +91-9599198374 within 5 days from the delivery date, providing the following information:
- Order number
- Product image
- Specify the reason for the return, and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please share the product image as well.
Upon understanding the reason for the return, we will provide you with the option for exchange or replacement for your purchase. If you wish to return the product, please inform us and we will arrange for a reverse pickup from your location. Once the pickup is delivered back to us, we will initiate the refund procedure, and the refunded amount will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, the refund will be made only through Bank Transfer and will exclude the COD fee of Rs 49.

STEP 1
To return your shipment, Click Here to go to the Returns Center. Enter your email ID and order number to start the return process. You can refer the below screenshots to understand the flow.
STEP 2
We will arrange for a pick up from the same address within 4-5 working days to which the product was shipped. Please put the Product in its original packaging and seal it well and send it across. Please ensure that the product is unused, not damaged and all the inserts, invoice slips are intact at the time of return.
STEP 3
Once the product reaches our warehouse, we will inspect the product and once our inspection team confirms that the product received is in acceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse, we will process the return request case on case basis.
Refunds shall be made through the original payment mode. Once we receive the refund request, we will process the refund within 2-3 business days. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, the refund will be made only through Bank Transfer and will exclude the COD fee of Rs 49.
SHIPPING
Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days. Monday to Friday are considered as business days except for public holidays. Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances, but we strive to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.
We deliver your orders through our registered courier partners such as Bluedart, ATS, FedEx, DHL etc.
India: All prepaid orders qualify for free shipping. You can choose the online payment option to avoid the Rs 49 charge on Cash on Delivery.
International shipping charges: A flat charge of Rs. 1349 per product is applicable. All customs duties and taxes (if any) will be borne by the customer for both cases.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email that includes the tracking ID, tracking link, and the name of our courier partner. You can click on the tracking link provided in the email to check the status of your order. Alternatively, you can also use our "Track Your Order" functionality on our website. To do so, you will need to have the following information ready:
Your Order Number: This is the unique identification number assigned to your order when it was placed.
Email ID: The email address you used to place the order.
Tracking Number: The tracking number provided in the email, which serves as a reference number for your shipment.
By entering these details into our "Track Your Order" functionality, you will be able to view the current status of your order and track its progress until it reaches your doorstep. We accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) , UPI and also provide Net Banking options across major banks.
