The only way to discover the truth to this was an adventure of complete thrill and of complete excitement, that of a Jungle Safari. DESCRIPTION
"The Ever-Wise Owl" is a uniquely designed wall hook in the form of a wall decor handcrafted in the shape of a tilted owl. CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Wipe it with a piece of mildly wet cloth only.
MANUFACTURING PROCESS
The first step is the making of the clay mould which is roughly in a shape of the final product. Next step is covering the clay core with layer of wax.
When the wax solidifies, the day artisans starts with shaping and carving the mould in all of its finer details of design and decorations. Then again, a layer of clay is applied on it which takes negative form of the wax. Drain ducts are left for the wax, which melts away when the clay is cooked.
The wax is then replaced with Aluminium; it hardens between the core and the inner surface of mould. The metal takes the same shape as the wax. The final process involves applying lacquer coating and patina finish.
